I was wanting to buy the timewise sph moisturizer from mary kay, do I HAVE to buy the matching cleanser?
I have my own cleanser that I use..when I was ordering the moisturizer the consultant said I really should get the matching cleanser for better results. Is that true, or is she just trying to get me to buy both?

HI--the reason that she'd say that you need to buy both together to get the best results is because the products were made to work together.
However, if you have your own cleanser that you'd rather use, I would. I'm a consultant and frankly if someone needed to use up a cleanser, then they do. Or if they have one that they like more than great.
Frankly because the products were designed to work together--they will produce the results that you tried in your free facial whereas the cleanser you have will produce most likely a decent result.
Another thing it's not just mary kay though--it's ANY product line--when you mix products and brands.
