How can you increase circulation?
I want to get rid of the dark bags / rings under my eyes and I cant get any more sleep, I dont like to be lazy(im not putting cucumbers on my face, I am a boy) I also use a computer 7-10 hours a week. Now Ive read a few of the previous posts. The rings are caused by decreased circulation and buildup of hemoglobin around the eyes because there isnt enough sleep and the eye muscle cant relax.
