Youthful Essence Personal Microdermabrasion?

I am thinking about ordering the Youthful Essence Personal Microdermabrasion. I saw an infommercial for it this morning. I am 21 and have relatively clear skin-- the occasional brakout, but not too often. The only reason I wanted to get this was because of one before and after picture that showed it helped with acne scarring. I have also read many reviews about professional microdermabrasion for acne scarring.

Has anyone used this product for/with acne scarring? Did it help??

I have used the susan lucci kit for about 2 months.
