How to protect your skin dryness in winter?
Winter can be unforgiving for your skin. The dry and often breezy weather condition during this time of the year can cause all your skin's moisture to evaporate. And it becomes worse when you turn on the heater! During the cold snowy months, your skin becomes flaky, dry, and so rigid and tight that you can clearly write your holiday greetings right on your skin, no need for holiday cards!
Avoid washing your face repeatedly. This washes off natural oils from our skin and makes the skin dry, scaly and wrinkled. Use luke warm water instead of hot water to wash face. Apply moisturizer lotion if you feel dryness on skin. Apply sun screen lotion to exposed parts of body and face when you go out in sun.
Grape Seed Extract is a potent antioxidant that that nutritionally supports reduced swelling, improved blood circulation and healthy collagen. Green Lipped Mussel Extract contains Omega-3 and a rich blend of natural proteins, minerals and ucopolysaccharides that support healthy joint mobility and cartilage maintenance. Ginger contains a proteolytic enzyme called Zingiban which is an anti-inflammatory substance. This helps in relieving joint pains caused due to inflammation.
Remove completely the soap from your skin care routine during the winter months. Apply face creams that include high physiological lipids content, such as: cholesterol, ceramide and free fatty acids, like palmitoleic acid. I baought them all but i'm not sure what age are suitable for, i'm 32 i couldn't find the info about which cream is suitable for which age, any idea? do you know any website can provide this info?
It's not a matter of age, that it is a matter of what kind of skin you have. Actually, believe it or not, my mother and I use those products (or equivalents), and she's 40 something and I'm a teenager. She uses it because she believes her skin is sort of dry and icky (but it's not--it's actually really gorgeous), and I use it because I just don't want to deal with sucky skin in the future
