Why do I feel like I am going to throw up when I workout?

I am a 24 year old, 122 lb female , and as far I know Im in normal health. I have been working out consistently for 6 years now. Latley when I run, or do the elliptical or just plain exert myself, I start to feel very Nauseous like I am going to throw up. I am not working out any harder than I normally do, and I only go for 30 minutes each time, maybe 45 minutes. I know its not a hydration issue because I am practically a camel. Its just weird because I have never experienced this before in 6 years of being active. Its really starting to slow me down. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Thanks in advance!
Thanks everyone for the great suggestions! I am not eating a lot before I work out, but definitely something like an hour before or maybe two hours? My daily Calorie Intake fluctuates between 1200 and 1500. Thanks again for the suggestions!

You either drink or eat too much before working out. This happens to me from time to time. It usually occurs if I've eaten too close to the start of a work out or if I'm drinking too much water during a work out. Since you're small you don't need that much water, so lay off drinking a lot until the work out is over.
